Items purchased from are eligible for full refund or exchange under these conditions:

1) Return/Exhange authorization must be requested within 15 days after receiving your order. Please use our contact form for your request and reason for return. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we will not offer a refund or exchange.

2) Merchandise must have all tags attached and must be in 100% new condition, not worn, altered or washed.

3) Returned merchandise must be delivered to us within 15 days of contacting us. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged safely, as we will not accept damaged returns.

4) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. COD will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be applied.
